- We represent the Flying Food brand, which is part of Exotic Food PCL, a well-known Thai company recognized globally as a leading manufacturer and exporter of Asian sauces, condiments, and ready-to-use food products. Founded in 1999, the company today exports to more than 60–70 countries worldwide and continues to expand its portfolio under brands such as Flying Goose, Exotic Food, and Thai Pride.
Our main product is Sriracha sauce, made from carefully selected Thai chili peppers. We produce everything in-house, maintaining full control over the production process, and then export the finished products to international markets. We offer a wide variety of Sriracha flavors — from classic and traditional recipes to milder, sweeter, spicier, and more specialized versions. This allows our products to adapt easily to different culinary cultures and taste preferences around the world.
Today, more than 80% of our production is exported to Europe, and this market continues to grow steadily. Our brand has already become a recognized name in the global Asian sauces segment, and we are actively expanding into new regions. This is our first time participating in an exhibition in Azerbaijan, and the experience has been very valuable and inspiring for us. We are pleasantly surprised by the strong interest in our products — even higher than we expected. People here are open to new flavors and culinary experiences, which is a very positive sign for future development. We also appreciate the excellent organization of the exhibition and its business-friendly atmosphere. It creates a great environment for communication, networking, and building meaningful partnerships.
